Rain Flushed Bogor City, (Prayer) The Loss of the Covid-19 Plague
Every day (in these weeks), even rainy nights always flush Bogor City and surrounding areas. For the citizens of Bogor, rain is a close friend, who always accompanies our days, both morning, afternoon and night. However, the current situation is being hit by a corona virus outbreak (Covid-19), of course this condition is different and 'feels special'. As if nature is empathizing with humanity.
For a believer, rain is a gift from the power of Allah SWT. Rain is a natural phenomenon that cannot be controlled by humans, because it is purely the prerogative of the Creator of the Great Nature. Rain is a blessing, with it provides value and goodness for all inhabiting the earth, but if the inhabitants of the earth are negligent, it is not uncommon for rain to show its wrath to anyone who tries to deny favor and do damage.
The intensity of the high rain fell in the City of Bogor and its surroundings, as if giving a message to Muslims, that Allah SWT is giving us the means to increase prayer and plead with Him, because between the time that mustajab (quickly granted) pray, namely when it rains.
In addition to praying, we should increase God's forgiveness for all our sins, both our personal sins, the sins of our parents, the sins of our families, the sins of our teachers and students, and the sins of our leaders. Then, multiply pleading for the Covid-19 Plague to pass quickly and leave far away from us and our beloved nation.
In addition to praying, in terms of the process of rain, all forms of dirt on the surface of the earth will dissolve and enter the pores to flow with the water that drops. This also became a form of blessing, so that the rain which always flushed Bogor in particular, was a sign of the imminent disappearance of the Covid-19 outbreak in this area as well as other areas.
