LENTILS AND POTATOES WITH FLAVORS OF BREADED OIL.
Hello friends I hope you are well. Do you like meatballs? To me a lot and of all kinds, but these that I present to you today are based on vegetables or vegan or vegetarian if you prefer, I like them a lot.
here are my dosages: #### INGREDIENTS
➡️250 gr of boiled dry lentils
➡️300 gr of boiled dried potatoes
➡️3 / 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ Dried chives 1 pinch
➡️ Ground pepper to taste
➡️ Parsley 1 spoon, chopped
➡️ Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika****
Sunflower oil ➡️ Breadcrumbs for
bread ➡️ 2 teaspoons tomato paste
Chop the lentils and add the mashed potatoes with a fork, adding everything else to form a firm dough. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
After forming and coating the meatballs. They are cooked at 180 degrees in a ventilated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the pan after cold, otherwise they will break. Serve with tomato sauce cooked with oil and salt and flavored with fresh marjoram.
