How to make Hawaiian Pizza at home

Ham, bacon, juicy pineapple and cheese crust - everything is perfect in this pizza.

Ingredients


  • Flour 240-300 g
  • Fast acting yeast 7-10 g
  • Salt ¾ h. Spoons
  • Sugar 1½ tsp
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
  • Water 160 ml
  • Ham 120-150 g
  • Bacon 4 slices
  • Canned pineapple 200 g
  • Cheese 150 g
  • Tomato sauce 3-5 tbsp. spoons

Preparation



One. Combine 140 g flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Pour in the oil with warm water and mix well.

2 ․ Add the remaining flour gradually, kneading into a soft, elastic dough.

You may not need all the flour, be guided by the consistency of the dough.

3 ․ Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a napkin and let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.

  1. Cut the ham and bacon into small pieces. If the pineapples are rings, chop them too. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  2. Spread the dough over a greased baking sheet or mold. The diameter of the pizza base should be approximately 30 cm.

Lightly dust your hands with flour first so that the dough does not stick to them.

6 ․ Brush the base with the sauce. Top with ham, bacon and pineapples, sprinkle with grated cheese.

7 ․ Bake for 12-15 minutes at 230 ° C.
