Cookies are a delicious treat loved by all age people. Just like cake, it is also considered an unhealthy food due to large sugar and unhealthy fat content.
Cookies nutritional value can be improved by changing some of its ingredients.
Refined wheat flour is the most commonly used ingredient in ant type of cookies. Many people are allergic to the gluten content of wheat flour.
Here I made cookies by replacing refined wheat flour by 3 healthy grain viz gram flour, oats and sorghum flour. Unhealthy trans fat is replaced by Rice bran oil.
These cookies are really loved by my family members and friends.
