Fit pistachios👩🏻🍳
Ingredients:
- 140 grams of flour
- 30 grams of pistachio flavored oats
- 25 grams of honey
- 125 gr of white skyr
- 20 ml of seed oil
- Half a teaspoon of ammonia for cookies.
- Pistachio cream without sugar
• Combine the oil, honey and skyr in a bowl and start mixing with a spoon.
• Add the flour and yeast little by little and begin to knead with your hands.
(If the flour does not stick well to the dough, add a tablespoon of water)
• Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
• Once the time has elapsed, form balls (about 15 will come) and then press them lightly by making a hole in the center with your finger.
• Cook at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
• When they are cooked, let them cool and then decorate with the pistachio cream and the grains.
