Hope all are well. I am also well. Today i am going to share a recipe. It is raw mango pickle. One of my favourite food. I think all bengali people love this. So today I am going to share this full recipe. I hope you like it.
Materials
- Raw mango
- salt
- turmeric powder
- dried chilli
- chilli powder
- garlic paste
- mustard oil
- sugar
- panchphoran powder
- Mangoes have to be washed and taken away.
- Then the skin of the mangoes has to be removed.
- And then you have to cut it into small pieces. And there you have to rub it well with salt. As if salt is added to each mango piece.
- Then it should be smeared with turmeric powder. As if yellow powder sticks in each piece.
- Then they have to be dried in the sun for 3 to 4 days
- After drying in the sun, if they become like the picture shown below, who should cook them.
- First you have to put mustard oil in a pan.
Once the oil is hot, add dried chillies
Then you have to give it with the dried mangoes there. And besides that you have to give garlic paste and chilli powder.
- And then there's the amount of salt to give.
- And you have to shake it well. Care should be taken so that burns do not appear on the bottom.
- Then you have to add sugar there. You have to give more sugar if the mangoes are too sour.
- And then you have to give the powder of Panchforan there.
- And then leave it in the oven for a while.
- Shake for 5 to 7 minutes then remove from the oven.
