Beautiful post JJ - it seems retirement has made your photos even better than before, although last week you have still been working ;)
That first photo is outstanding - I love the leading lines towards the sunstar.
Looks like a shrub is reaching it's branches over the fence to grab something ... maybe the sun ... this reminds me on something ;)
