CLUB100 ~~ Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W1: Laughter is The Best Medicine

Amazing Contest we have here and i want to thank all the admins and mods for this contest idea. To think of it that when i was a kid, i have always want to be a comedian and make people laugh and or smile. I have always want to bring joy and create unforgettable memories with people by making them laugh. With the dream i had as a kid to one day be a comedian, i would always listen to most of Nigerian comedians, follow their show and sometimes try repeating or doing their same jokes with my friends and family just to make them laugh.

If i was doing all that, that was to show how i had discover that laughing is a powerful medicine. It brings individuals together in ways that cause the body to go through positive psychological and physical changes. Peoples immune system are boosted, moods are improved or changed, pain reduced, and you are shielded from the negative effects of stress thanks to laughter. Nothing works more quickly or consistently to re-balance your mind and body than a good chuckle.

Sharing a joke or making fun is half the joy. in fact, the majority of fun are generated by just being around friends and family.

When you show someone you care by putting your phone down and making an effort to connect in person, you're taking part in a process that re-balances the nervous system and inhibits defensive stress reactions. Even though we often feel powerless to change a difficult circumstance with our jokes, you will both feel better, more upbeat, and more relaxed if you laugh together.

What made me laugh so much that you had to hold your stomach or wipe your tears

Lately, what made me feel this way was watching a comedy show by 2 Nigerian comedians called "SAM and SONG". I will share the youtube link so you can also have some fun as you watch it. Whats attracts me to them is first of all how they usually dress and the fact that they are good in what they do.

This guys aim in bringing joy in the church for people/christian. Some people go to church when they are hearted but trust me if you attend church service with these guys there, you'd go back happily. Basically they are always two of them, while one person is talking, the other is translating and what makes the thing really funny is because the person translating is a stammer and speaks with involuntary pauses with a tendency to repeat words. its funny how the translator tries to translate in English to English but now as a stammerer.

The above video is one of my best comedians and who recently made me to laugh out my lungs.. These guys are gospel comedians and their jokes rotates around the bible and the church. I usually watch them every sunday when i have the time even if it means for me to repeat it.

These guys are not the only comedy show i follow but they are my favorite.
As a comedy lover i am aware that laughing helps me feel wonderful. Even after the laughter has stopped, the good sensations it produces might linger in my body for some time. Laughter gives me strength, bravery and even motivates me.
In as much as these comedy movies are out to make us laugh, i always look deep into them as they motivate me to improve myself. They may motivate one to make life adjustments for the better. One may alter his/her behavior by learning to forgive others and mend fences with your loved ones just from watching comedies. One can learn to appreciate art and develop an interest in a certain form of art or artist through watching comedies. They can encourage one to appreciate art by showing a certain film's stars or actresses a lot of affection. Sometimes all you want to do is run away from your worries and reality. But you may accomplish this by watching comedies. You may improve your attitude and forget about any issues you may be having by watching comedies.
