How are you all ? Hope you all are well. I'm about to participate in Week 1 of the Steemit Engagement Change Season 5. This is my first participation this week. I thank all the team leaders of the Steem for BetterLife community for choosing such a beautiful topic. Today I will discuss with you the importance of laughter, why we consider laughter to be the best medicine. Let's start-
We go to different doctors to get rid of various diseases in our body, follow his rules and take medicines, so that we can get rid of the diseases. But in the midst of so many rules, we don't find much peace of mind. But if we can open our hearts and laugh then we can attain heavenly happiness even for a while Because, only smile can keep you free from all worries.😇
What do I mean by laughter?
What is actually laughter or what? Answering this question is very difficult But we can present it in our own language When I say smile, I mean, freed from all the thoughts of the world, hoping to get a little peace in the joy of the mind, changing the beauty of one's face for the purpose of a little punk, it is a smile. Many times we laugh like this while having fun with family, friends or loved ones.
Why I think laughter is the best medicine?
Scientists in the world have researched different times and discovered medicines to cure different types of diseases By eating which we can get rid of disease But many times we cannot get rid of various diseases even by taking medicine. But no matter how big the disease is in your body, if you can open your mind and laugh, then for a while you will forget the thought of that disease and pain, which cannot be found by taking any medicine in the world. For a while it seems as if we can attain heavenly bliss. When we are in various kinds of worries, if we are happy with a little smile with family or friends, then you will see that the worries will go away from the head. Which will not take any medicine That's why in all aspects I think laughter is the best medicine, which is applicable for all diseases.
Why did he laugh so much that he had to hold his stomach and wipe his tears.?
Sometimes we see activities or see or hear things that make us laugh. Even laughing makes the stomach cramp and the eyes water. One day I was sitting with my maternal uncles and brothers, suddenly one of my nephews came and started saying "Ae maa ami ehan ki harab". It means that the language of their area is a little different. They add Harb and H to all words That's why it feels a little like listening to the words. We all started laughing after listening to him. He saw our laughter and started talking more, at one point tears came out of my eyes.
A funny joke about laughing.
Telling jokes or funny stories with laughter will end in nane. Let me tell you an incident today, our college had a holiday for many days after the fifth phase examination After the holiday, today we went to the first class of the sixth phase. Not many students were coming to the college After we had a class we went out a bit, one of my friends asked me to give him some pictures But he doesn't like my friend who takes pictures. We started laughing after seeing this. He did not like the fact that so many people took pictures. Later he told me that I gave it up, but still he didn't like it We all started laughing more with him Later that friend of mine started saying that none of you can take pictures. Hearing this, everyone started laughing again.
Let's listen to another joke My elder brother has a daughter. I mean my nephew, he is much younger Sometimes our family laughs a lot with him He is 4 years old. Every morning she puts on a dress and wears a veil on her head and takes a head ban over it Then he took a bag on his shoulder, fell off his mother's big bangles and came to our house with a doll in his lap. Come and play with it. Seeing her dressed like this, we all started laughing a lot. Dressed up like this, she plays with the doll and says that it is her daughter. We laugh even more hearing this Sometimes he starts laughing when he sees our smile In fact, there is no substitute for laughter to stay healthy If you want to be happy, open your heart and smile.
