At that time, we, together with district-level officials, sat together and had a light discussion about rhetoric in the village fund management process. Where to build trust in the community to improve human resources is very difficult. Because nowadays people are more focused on physical development than human development itself.

While we ate the snacks that had been ordered, joking was inevitable, because every discussion we had was always answered jokingly so that the discussion would not be stiff. But in-jokes it has an important meaning for us to be able to face all the problems in the field. It is very important in the team to have a leader who jokes a lot so that the subordinates are not stiff in the face of all trials in the field.

Time is just time that cannot be turned back, continues to speed up to reach real life. Currently, all-district teams have retired from state civil servants, some have been assigned to other district jobs. So that the sense of familiarity that has been built up must still be maintained even on other occasions.

Thank you to the leader who understands our difficulties in the field. And the knowledge we have gained so far will be used as material for additional experience later in the field. The cohesiveness that has been established so far may still stick in the hearts of all of us.

2022 is the eighth year that village funds are rolled out by the central government to each village. The empowerment personnel at the district level have also changed. So it takes readjustment in teamwork so that no one is harmed in carrying out the mandate of the village law. All the empowerment teams are the best sons and daughters of the country who have been very concerned about their presence in the field.

Many benefits are felt by the community in managing village funds with a team that conveys all about applicable regulations and the intent of the government's goals to the community. No one is harmed, all will benefit if the community wants to work hand in hand in carrying out human development towards a better direction.

A happy face will allow us to overcome all the problems we have faced so far. We must accept all forms of trials during the pandemic with a calm heart so that we can give birth to energetic thoughts for the sake of our society. Discussion is the right step to be able to share in solving problems. Congratulations on your new job, my seniors, whom I love very much. The knowledge I have gained during this time in mentoring is very useful for me to pass on to people who need management to maintain a solid team.
