Betterlife, The Diarygame (June 20, 2024) | Visited My Family's House On The 4th Day Of Eid Al-adha
Still in the holiday mood. I woke up after the morning call to prayer sounded because as usual I always took the time not to leave my morning prayer obligations, even though sometimes my eyes were very sleepy.
It's still the 3rd Eid and for some reason I feel like this Eid is quieter than the previous Eids. When I went home to my parents' house in the village, my brother accidentally left his glasses behind. Since our house is one way, I took him home and planned to return it tomorrow because it was very important to him.
This morning I decided to return my brother's glasses that he had left behind. It's been 2 days, he hasn't come to pick it up because he's busy. Finally, I took the initiative to visit him for a friendly visit. I, accompanied by my daughter Afiza, went to Lhoksukon and after a 20 minute journey we finally arrived.
The weather today is very sunny, so on the way I bought some cold drinks. When we got there, it was almost too late because my sister-in-law was preparing to go pick up her child at her grandmother's house. My brother was also not at home because he was busy preparing for work that he had not finished.
It was clear that my brother's youngest son was very happy that we came. My daughters also enjoy playing together. We told many things including about steemit. She is a steemian who has not been active for a long time because of her activities as a teacher and housewife.
Don't forget he also provided us with some small snacks and bread for the children. Actually I wanted to stay longer, but I had to go to my brother's house which is quite far away and my brother-in-law will also be doing an online Zoom meeting this afternoon.
After saying goodbye to going home, I stopped at the intersection of Rangkaya to buy vegetables. However, the vegetables I wanted were not available. After lunch, my family and I went to a relative's house to stay in touch. I also brought the children.
It took 40 minutes to arrive and when we got there, we were warmly welcomed and we also chatted a lot about the children's school which would soon be entering the new school year. After drinking a cup of cold tea and "Nyap" cake, we excused ourselves to go home so that it wouldn't be too late on the trip.
Even though we tried not to stay on the road too late, in fact we were still on the road at dusk. Finally, we decided to stop at a food stall we frequent which provides uduk rice. I chose fried free-range chicken as a side dish. This is a roadside food stall that provides many other menus and the most famous ones are catfish and fried squid and fried grouper.
Because the children were still asleep on the train, I decided not to eat on the spot and just wrapped them up. Actually, it's a bit complicated when a baby is tired and we have to eat. When they got home, the children also woke up. After washing their faces and hands, they immediately ate heartily. It looks simple, but it tastes like restaurant food.
After eating, I took the children to their rooms and the rest was my husband who continued with them. I went to my room and put my baby to sleep. After my baby was fast asleep, I took hanmy phone and don't forget to read several posts and provide positive support. And after that I pulled my blanket and slept.
