Today is Mahashtami, the most important Durga Puja in our Hindu community. Happy Mahashtami to all. After completing Saptami Puja I woke up early today to perform Mahashtami Puja. After watching Saptami Puja, I am coming home around 12 o'clock in the night, so it is very difficult to wake up in the morning, still my wife wakes up, because on Ashtami Puja, our Goddess is given special flower, she has to stay in the Puja Mandap on that day. So I woke up even though it was difficult, this puja comes once a year.

Today I have planned to visit Narayanganj, my friend's family will be with us. We will all go to Narayanganj by train. So, at 6 pm a train will leave Dhaka for Narayanganj. Everyone has to leave from one to one and a half hours before. We first got off at Narayanganj Chajara railway station, then left to see the puja on foot. Narayanganj is one of the places of worship in Bangladesh. This year 220 pujas were held in Narayanganj district out of which 42 were held in Narayanganj Sadar. It is not possible for us to see so much worship. We saw what came in our way and tried to see the biggest pujas.

We are almost tired of puja by 10, because we were accompanied by my friend a little girl and my mamuni, bought new shoes for my mamuni, wore new shoes and took them to puja today. The condition of his leg is so bad that he can't walk, finally I went to the doctor's shop and bought a one-time bandage and put it on his leg. I applied 4 bandages on both legs, after that he had no problem walking. Anyway, we all had breakfast, we first went to Amla Para, Shahipara, Nandipara and Shree Loknath's ashram, pooja was organized at Loknath's ashram at 5 o'clock, after seeing that we took auto to Nitaiganj. Nitaiganj is a very big puja and the puja committee arranged kopi, Jhal Muri and pure water free of charge. Nowhere else is this kind of event organized like theirs. From Nitaiganj we finished watching the puja and came home.
