Delicious pitha receipe by Aliya

Assalamu Alaikum. Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah. My name is Aliya. This is my second time posting in this community. Today I am bringing you a delicious pitha recipe. It is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. The name of pitha is Saru pitha. Let's know about the recipe of pitha.

First I will take warm water in a bowl. Then take some flour and some rice powder in another bowl and a little salt. Then add hot water little by little between flour and rice. Mix all the ingredients well with hot water. When it is kneaded, take the flour and rice powder mixture and cut it into small pieces. I will cut it into small pieces. Then take a bowl of milk. Boil the milk well for a while. When the milk boils, I will put jaggery in it. Shake the milk and jaggery well for a while. Then I will give coconut inside it. Shake all the ingredients well and take some time. Then I will put some bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and salt in it. Shake all the ingredients well. After that I will give the Saru pita that I made. After some time I will shake all the ingredients well on the stove. Then I will take down the cake.

This pie is very delicious. We all love pitha very much. Hope you like it too.
