Promosteem Ghana Radio Talkshow Was Successful Today, We learnt about club5050 and the need to focus on self sufficiency in the coming days.

It is a pleasure to come your way once again this week with a report of our bi-weekly radiotalk show hosted in the promosteem server in the Ghana channel. This one was no exception to the wonderful time we always have and as usual lots of lessons were learnt and shared.

Today we talked about club5050 and looked at the right way to go about calculating it so one can know where they stand before they make use of the tag since spamming the tag whether non-deliberately or deliberately is frowned upon by the entire ecosystem and steemit team.

This initiative is here to stay and it is to our benefit and our own good. The earlier we get onboard the better it is for us and the entire ecosystem.

The calculation is backdated from the time you want to use the tag to 1 month back for the same day for instance, in making this post and wanting to use the tag i check out my entire transfer from 7th Oct to 7th Nov and balance it out with my total vesting shares or powerup.

This is quite simple and easy to do and helps you to know how much you may need to qualify to use the tag. The right use of the tag could go a long way to helping you get the needed support.

It is very much imperative that we remain consistent in our powerup activities as it is the path towards self-sufficiency. We need to also do well to come together and work together as a team working towards supporting each other in addition to help each other grow.

Report from Ghana and Nigeria on Promotional Activities

This was coordinated by nattybongo and ngoenyi during which we were made to understand that most promotional activities are now geared towards #club5050 which is also another form of promo considering it adds value to the steem ecosysteem and the currency value.

Irrespective activities such promofriday challenge, steemgiftchallenge and shoutout thursday is still in session and members continue to partake to add value to the promotional activities. We are optimistic of the future.

The meeting came to a close when @mcsamm wrapped up with a summary of everything that has transpired. Members also congratulated nattybongo for a successful completion of his 6 year doctor of optometry program. Members were advised to do well to contribute to club5050 after which we ended with a music session.
