Friday Steem Promo Week 2: Promoting Steem to my Photographer Friend
Hello everyone,
I hope we are doing amazing and doing the steem promotion work wherever we find ourselves. The goal is not only to just sign people up but get them well informed and enlightened to add quality to the blockchain. So one of our activities we have decided to do as Ghanaian Promoters is engagement people every Friday as a market Friday activity by going to town, malls, going to people etc and speaking to others about steem.
Today i visited my photographer friend who was working on my sister's wedding pictures and videos to get the finished products for my sister. As usual i decided to wear my steem t-shirt to be able to engage people for any opportunity i get. It was about a 30 minutes journey from campus to where he is and so i took a troski.
At his place i saw how good he was with his work, this was actually my first time seeing him work and seeing him work in that sense the first thing that came to mind was this guy would be a great asset to steem in terms of photography, flyers design etc and would even do quite well in the Xpilar community. And so after receiving my product, i engaged him in some steem talk and whiles he was skeptical saying he may be overburden i finally managed to get him to give it a try.
We took a selfie before i left and he promised to get back to me as soon as possible on how he can go about things and for him to learn more about the blockchain so he knows what he is getting himself into and how much he can be a better blogger on the blockchain from the set go, finding him the right community and all. I am hopeful we get to have a good asset addition to the blockchain.
Promotional work is team work and can only be done when we put our forces together, i hope we all get our hands on deck and get the work rolling. Thanks for your time and i hope you have a great weekend.
