Some people who suddenly had a lot of money, it might be winning a huge amount, can easily spend without much thinking. It might be they haven't worked hard on the money, thus spending is so much easy. Perhaps everyone may be familiar of the term "one day millionaire". When someone got their paychecks, it's very easy to spend them.

But not everyone can easily spend either hard earned money, or something they received for free. They might not answer if you asked them "how to spend money?". Some people are naturally frugal, while others may be criticized for being selfish. But it's everyone's responsibility when or where to spend their money, and they shouldn't be pressured by anyone.

With regards to places experiencing crisis and hardships, they needed everyone's help. Earning money is a challenge, and a single cent may be very important for them. Each one's financial status varies. We can learn from people how to spend our money, or where to put it in order to make it grow.
