I am here to participate in the steemit engagement challenge season 3. I like your contest, I can many works which are in your contest theme but I prefer to share the recent thing that I stitched my frock. I loved to share its stitching method with you all.
Today I am sharing the tutorial on frock and trouser stitching. As I am free from the exam I decided to stitch my dress. So, let started.
Frock cutting and stitching
I cut the frock according to my length. I need a 34-inch length of the frock. For the neckline, I take a 10-inch long cloth and 18 inches wide. For slits and lower, I used 26-inch long cloth and the width is almost 45.

Neckline making
I cut the armhole 8 inches deep and neckline I used a round shape with a less deep shape. I used lace of matching color for applying to my neckline. For increasing its beauty I used slits on the upper and front sides. It's completed and looking beautiful. Then I joined the back and front neckline and stitch it.

Then the next step was making slits of the frock. I used wide stitching and made slits according to the neckline. Then I joined the frock upper and lower sides by joining with slits. Complete the joining. I take measures of fitting and stitch it. I checked it by wearing it was looking good.

For sleeves, I used 10 inches long cloth and 9 inches wide. I take a 3 inches wide cloth and made a frill on the front side of the sleeves. for more beauty, I applied lace on the frill joint. It was amazing. Sleeves we're done I stitch it with the front and backside neckline.

Sleeves were done. I applied stitching on the daman of the frock by turning it inward about 1 inch. The frock was completely done and I pressed it with iron I showed it to my mom she was happy to see it and could not believe that I stitch it.

Trouser cutting and stitching
For trousers, I used 40-inch length and I cut it in trousers style. The width was around 36. I used 8-inch bottom and round it. Then fold 2 inches for the elastic fuse. Apply stitching according to my waist. It's done so quickly and looks beautiful.

Thank you so much for appreciation. Normally we stitch clothes at home but if they are formal wear then I prefer to stitch from expert tailor.
Sewing is a lucrative skill, my sis does sometimes like sewing celebrity cloth form the internet, you collect a big sum of money from her clients for sewing for them,

Yes, this is good way to earn money but we stitch only for ourselves, not for others. In this way, we save some money as we sew them rather than giving money to a tailor for sewing. Thank you for your comment.
