Hey guys! If your kids are anything like mine, water is boring. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a simple lemonade. Alright so let's start with a simple lemonade recipe. You're going to need 5 lemons, a half a cup of sugar, and a half a cup of water.

The first thing that we need to do is to make a simple syrup. All you have to do is melt the sugar into the water on low heat on your stove.

You need to squeeze all of the lemon juice out of your lemons, and strain out the seeds. Then you can add the syrup to the lemon juice. This will make your lemonade.

Method 1:

You can either add more cold water to it to dilute it OR

Method 2:

You can just add ice cubes to it and the cubes will melt into it and dilute it. I like the ice cube method personally because the colder the lemonade the better.

Method 3:

If you like, instead of adding cold water, you can add sparkling water to give it some fizz! The kids love this method 3.
