Monthly report for July - Colombia-Original community.
Hi Steem Alliance.
It is a pleasure to share the first monthly report of the Colombia-Original community, our community is a common meeting space, where you will be well received (of course) as long as we maintain order and respect, staying away from plagiarism and the use of AI.
We want, before continuing, to thank the community of the Steem alliance, for the initiative of publishing the Monthly Community Report.

- Distribution of activities of the Colombia-Original team:
As teams we are organized throughout the month in such a way that every day each team member has a day in which they will be in charge of the revision, rotating days for the convenience of the team (in search of plagiarism or use of AI), as well How to comment and guide users in case they have errors or mistakes in their publications.
Nahela is in charge of making the daily top5, the selection of the publications that are supported by Booming, the Booming reports, community reports, community account publications, as well as the applications to the different activities proposed by Steemitblog.
Josevas217 is in charge of the Sanando con la Comunidad account and the @colombiaoriginal account, he is also in charge of carrying out the Power Up of the community account.
Franyeligonzalez is in charge of organizing the monthly schedules in which each team member will hold their feedback session, and in the same way, when appropriate, conduct contests for each team member.
Marpa is in charge of verifying new users in the community.
Between arnolodog25, Alanasteemit and chucho27 they are in charge of carrying out the dynamics that close on weekends.
- Basic rules of our community:
To post, the user must be verified and tagged as a partner.
The content to be published must be exclusive to steemit.
Plagiarism of content is not accepted (without exception)
Forbidden to spam
Avoid political, religious, obscene or sexual content topics.
The user must express himself adequately, maintaining a language based on respect and tolerance.
Publications in Spanish and English are accepted.

The total amount of SP we currently have is: 174,634.63 SP ( 82,902.29 + 93,763.98 - 2,031.64 )
We can say that the monthly growth increases at the rate of an average of 1,276.48 SP, same that arrive by curatorship.
Adding the Steem power for the publications made, which on average have been 216.01 SP in the last 30 days.
If we wanted to quantify this behavior, we can say that the approximate monthly growth of this account in the last 30 days was: 1492,50 SP.
- Check, review and comment:
For our team there are three points that from the beginning have been crucial for us: verify, review and comment.
Our priority of commenting on 100% of the posts published in our community remains valid, we are 7 members and each one is assigned a day of the week for these purposes, with the help of course from their assistant and other team members who want to support in case one fails.
Among the aspects to review are:
If the publication contains plagiarism.
If the publication is made with Artificial Intelligence.
If the user made correct use of respective citations or sources,
If you are up to date with the Club5050, 75 or 100,
If the Steemians make use of bots
If you use the contest's own tags, in addition to the Club's and the Steemexclusive and country tags.
Number of words in case the contest contains a minimum and a maximum of words.
If the user complies with all the rules and regulations of the community and/or the contest offered.
- Policy against abuse:
Each moderator is educated in the use of plagiarism detection tools and AI, every time one of the team discovers something, they are notified by the main WhatsApp group, and will be supported by another mod or others to review the Post in question in detail. .
The tests are left to the user as a comment and a label is placed (1st AI Warning or 1st Plagiarism Warning), additionally !report is used to notify steem Watcher and, if necessary, alert any other person that is required or is linked to the user in question.

- Benefits for our users:
No post is completely $0, we support all of them (as long as they comply with the basic rules of the platform and our internal rules).
All posts are reviewed by a member of the team, who will leave a comment and any suggestions that allow you to improve your post.
Constant training, we are a community that contributes to the growth of users.
Contests every week, we run at least 3 weekly contests with good prizes.
Humanitarian support, we have a project called "Proyecto ser Humano" with which we have supported more than 100 users, we have been the helping hand of users in critical situations.
This has been our report for the month of july, thank you very much for creating spaces for the union and interaction of the communities.
