Predication of BTC with Funding Rate || Steem Alliance Community.

Hello guys, how are you? I hope you all will well and happy. By the grace of God i am also good. Today i am here with new content in which i am going to share the knowledge of funding rates for BTC predication. basically, funding rates are used to know the next movement of coins or token. it is used for long term on 1 hours and 4 hours timeframe. For doing day trading, it will help to find the best point for opening the short and long position.

Yesterday BTC touch the 30k with in 15 minutes, it is the fake pump. the reason behind this pump is fake news of ETF BlackRock approved by SEC. At the time of making this post the BTC is trading at 28400k. with this fake pump, 65$ millions worth of BTC positions liquidate due to fake news.

First of all, we look the into the chart of BTC then we will discuss on the funding rate.

In the above screenshot, you can see the fake pump. now we move on the funding rate to identify the next movement of coins.

If the funding rate of the coin will negative, then it will follow the uptrend and if the funding rate of desire coin will positive then it will face the down trend. in the below screenshot , guys you can see the funding rate of two highlighted coin one is BTC and second is LTC.

In the Below screenshot, you can see the BTC movement, it is in uptrend because funding rate are negative. i am using the 30-minute time frame. you can see that BTC is making is the upward tringle.

Now we talk about LTC, In the Below screenshot, you can see the LTC movement, it is in Downtrend because funding rate are Positive. i am using the 30-minute time frame. you can see that LTC is making is the Trend very nicely.
