Hi everyone a good evening from my end, I’m happy to be part of this great community and also being part of this wonderful contest today, firstly I thank the organizers for this opportunity to express ourselves about the things we love and enjoy doing.

My favorite and most frequently activity I enjoy most is swimming 🏊‍♀️, I started swimming some years back while still in high school and was not first swimming in the pools constructed by human, I started swimming in the stream where I went for a vacation in my village and it was so scary trying to swim with other kids there in the stream, I got motivated when I saw a very young child of 6years already an expert swimming faster and deeper and that pushed me to put more efforts in my swimming life

Swimming is a very good and I can say it is the best hobby one should have because of its benefits both physically and mentally.
Swimming is injury free and anyone can learn swimming, it doesn’t select whether you’re disabled or normal but it’s not a age range activity, anyone can swim.

While in water our body weight is reduced and the impacts to our joints in the body is very minimal as compared to other excercises,It improves muscle strength, offers best cardio vascular exercise without much effort, stamina and also makes one flexible, it improves immune systems by regulating breathing and keeps the heart and mind of the body at a good state.
