Hello everyone I’m back again today with my food diary game ,today had Been quite stressful to me ,I woke up late today feeling a little dizzy and I’m a little sick and would get ok soon ,thanks to @alikoc07 ,I can share my food diary today.

I didn’t prepRe any dish today because of my health so the meals I took today was either bought or prepared by my mom.

Morning

In the morning I woke up I brushed my teeth and took my bath ,took my drugs and stayed up for some time ,I didn’t have any appetite to eat but I struggled and mange to eat a little ,this morning my younger fried yam and brought for me to eat ,the yam was garnished with pepper groundnut oil and salt ,it was yummy and I enjoyed it too ,I didn’t finish all due to my lack of appetite .

I slept small ,I was watching a movie and blasting too ,soon the time moved fast and it was 2 already,I needed to take the afternoon medicine so I sent my brother to go and buy food for me so I can eat and be satisfied .

Afternoon

We have bole here in nigeria , it was roasted plantain and Africa salad we call it (ugba) here in nigeria especially for the igbos ,I love the combination so I told my brother to get some for me , he got it for me .

I took it and gave him the remaining ones ,so I took the drugs and laid down thinking about a lot of things ,

Dinner

So the dinner I ate is nsala (white soup) , I really enjoyed it ,my mom is a good cook , nsala soup is prepared with

It is very delicious and are enjoyed by igbos so much , I really enjoyed the soup

I couldn’t take any fruits ,there was none at home and I was not well to get some,but till to my poor health I was able to share some pictures of foods with you as a food lover ,thank you @alikoc07 so much for this wonderful opportunity 😌☺️
