How to prepare delicious ripe banana empanadas?

This time I will show you how to prepare delicious ripe banana empanadas, they are perfect for breakfast or dinner. It is an easy, delicious and inexpensive recipe. I hope you like it and that you are encouraged to prepare them, I assure you that you will be delighted.
To prepare these empenadas, we will need:
✤ 1 ½ ripe banana (The more mature the better).
✤ 1 liter of water.
✤ 3 tablespoons of precooked cornmeal
✤ 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
✤ Salt to taste.
✤ Oil vegetable.
✤ Cheese.
Step by Step.
Step 1:
Cut the tips of the bananas, then we cut them in half and put them to boil.
Step 2:
When the pulp of the banana leaves the shell, it is a sign that our bananas are ready, place them on a plate and let them cool.
Step 3:
Once cold, we remove the banana peels and with the help of a fork we make a puree.
Step 4:
Then, we add the precooked flour, the wheat flour, the salt and knead until obtaining a soft dough. If necessary add a little water.
Step 5:
We place a plastic bag on a flat surface and add a little oil to it. We select a portion of the dough, make a ball, we extend it in the bag and add the cheese.
Step 6:
We cover the cheese and press the edges to seal. Then with a round container, we cut the dough to shape our empanada.
Step 7:
We fry our empanadas on both sides until golden brown. The oil must be very hot when frying.
Step 8:
Remove from the pan, let them drain a little on absorbent paper and serve.
