Greetings friends of steemit, I hope you are well. Today Monday I start a new week with great joy and with a positive mind. This time I'm going to show you how to prepare a fluffy and delicious orange cake, it is very easy to prepare, inexpensive and perfect for a snack.
We are going to need:
✅ Orange juice (1 cup)
✅ Wheat flour (2 cups)
✅ Sugar (1 Cup)
✅ Eggs (2 units)
✅ Oil (½ cup)
✅ Orange zest (1 teaspoon)
✅ Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Step by Step.
We start beating the eggs until the mixture is doubled.
We add the sugar, the oil and continue mixing.
Add the orange juice little by little and mix gently.
Then we add the orange zest and continue mixing.
Finally, we add the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix until everything is well integrated.
We pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured tray. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ºC.
Let cool and unmold the cake.
Decorate to your liking, serve and enjoy this rich and fluffy orange cake.
