My breakfast is "Hot coffee paired with hopia bread".

Inspired to have my food pack meal this luncheon with;

Towards late afternoon:
Inspiration to cook for the dinner this "Monggo beans soup recipe" with creamy coconut milk.
|1/4 kilo monggo beans||$0.083 SBD|
|Grated coconut||$0.10 SBD|
|Spring onion||$0.02 SBD|
|Umami seasoning||$0.01 SBD|
|1 liter water||n/a|
PREPARATION AND COOKING:
▪︎ Slice the spring onion leaves.
▪︎ Add 1 liter of water to the grated coconut.
▪︎ Press the grated coconut with hands to produce a coconut milk. Strain it. Then set aside.
▪︎ Put the monggo beans into a pot with a cup of water.
▪︎ Place it into the stove with fire.
▪︎ Boils it atleast 30 minutes in maximum fire.
▪︎ When the monggo beans are soften. Crushed it with a laddle.
▪︎ Now, add your set aside coconut milk.
▪︎ And the slice spring onion.
▪︎ Then the umami seasoning.
▪︎ Lastly the salt.
▪︎ Boils it in a minute. Then almost done.
▪︎ And serve.
