👨‍🍳 HELLO STEEMIANS. 👩‍🍳


🍴First of all, receive a warm and cordial embrace from #Venezuela, greetings to the members of the #steemit community, especially to the #SteemFoods community, today I present myself with very delicious food, it is a very fluffy and soft bread which is almost always usually an accompaniment to Asian food dishes, known as Chinese Bread, with this recipe we will learn to prepare it in our homes, to enjoy in the company of family and friends, I hope you like it.

👨‍🍳Ingredients:👩‍🍳

  • 500 gr. baker's flour

  • 225 gr. of water

  • 5 gr. of fresh baker's yeast

  • 9 gr. salt

  • 60 gr. sugar

  • 10 gr. margarine

  • 50 gr. egg

  • 50 gr. powdered milk

🍴First: in a bowl place the water, sugar, egg and mix well.

🍴 Second: add the flour, milk, and yeast; mix well, forming a compact ball.

🍴 Third: move to the counter and knead for a few minutes, add salt and continue kneading for about 5 minutes until it is homogeneous and start adding the margarine little by little until it all disintegrates in the dough and then add more.

🍴 Fourth: we must obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, divide it into pieces of 50 gr (18 loaves in total) and preform into balls, rest for 10 min. and knead well.

🍴Fifth: place on a high tray, the closer together these gain in height, rise until more than double its size 3 to 4 hours. Brush with beaten egg and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.

🍴Recommendations: if we want them fluffier instead of making a single fermentation we make two, that is to say when we finish kneading we will give them a block fermentation without dividing anything, when they double their size (1 to 1.5 hours) we deglaze, divide, knead and ferment again as described above, at the end of baking they can be painted with butter.
