Healthy salad🥗

How are you? I hope you are well.. Today I will be sharing with you a salad recipe that is very easy to make but very useful.
I consume this salad a lot, especially in the summer months, it is both very healthy and very tasty. It also balances the heavy taste of the food alongside oily and spicy dishes. I also consume it plain as a snack.
Ingredients for the salad;
- Purslane
- Yoghurt
- olive oil
- Mint
- Salt
The construction phase ;
Like I said, it's pretty easy to make! First wash the herbs and make sure it is clean, then chop it to the size you want.
Put yoghurt in a bowl and whisk, add a little salt to it. Then combine the herbs with yogurt and mix.
Finally, add olive oil and mint and finish.
Keep in the refrigerator and serve cold. A very useful recipe for children. I love it, so I didn't want to keep this healthy recipe for myself.
