Receipe on how to prepare Ekwang

Ekwang is a native meal eaten by people from the South West Region of Cameroon.
The items needed to prepare this delicious meal are
• coco yam
•Palm oil
• Cocoa leaf
• Maggi and salt
• meat and dry fish
• Ginger and garlic
• Pepper

To explain the pictures briefly. First you grate the coco yam in a bowl and partition the leaf in small sizes. After you grater the cocoa yam, put half cup( depending on the quatity of the coco yam) of water and a pinch of salt in it. Mix for about 10 seconds. Take the pot you are to prepare your Ekwang inside, apply red oil in it. The next step is to tie the grated coco yam in the leaf and put in the pot. When you are done, put all the group spices in the pot, meat, fish, water, salt and maggi. Cover the pot and put on the fire, cook for about 1 hour.
