Good morning, good morning and good morning, this is me greeting you all the way from Nigeria.
So I will seize this chance to say a happy new year to all of us here since this will be my first time posting in this community after a long a time and since this year began.
Today I will be showing you how to prepare egg plant sauce.
Egg plant is one fruit that is so nutritious, now let's talk about the nutritional value of it before we talked on how it can be turned into a delicious sauce.

The egg plant to mostly found in Africa, Asia, India etc. and it nutritional value goes thus:-

Eggplant has antioxidants like vitamins A and C, which help protect the cells against damage. It's also high in natural plant chemicals called polyphenols, which may help cells do a better job of processing sugar if one has diabetes. There are other nutritional value of egg plant but I would love to talk about it in my next post on Natural medicine, so if you so want to know it's nutritional value look at my space any time between today and Thursday.
Meanwhile let's go back to the main thing.

Ingredients needed to prepare it include:-

  • Fish
  • Maggi
  • salt
  • Palmoil
  • Crayfish
  • pepper🌶️🌶️
  • onions
  • scent leave or any kind of edible leave

Procedure:-

Pluck the egg plant or you can buy it, after buying or plucking it you wash it, drain the water from it, pick a cutter and a knife slice it into tye seizes you want.

After that get a pot pour the sliced egg plant into the pot add some quantity of water, then allow it to boil for sometimes.

While it's boiling you prepare your other ingredients like to slice your onions and pepper or pound the pepper, slice the edible leave.

When you are sure that the egg palnt is soft, you seive into the seiveter to take the water out.

After seiving it, you mash the egg plant thoroughly, when you are done, you set fire, add your oil, Palmoil preferably, allow the oil to steem for something, add your already sliced onion, stair it for sometimes and then add your fish or meat of you have, add crayfish, add maggi, add salt, water and then allow it to steam, when you are sure it's done, you add pepper and tye slice leave allow it for some seconds then bring it down.

Parboil your rice, plantain, potatoes or yam, then pour the sauce on it, and set to eat it.
Hmmm so yummy 😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤
