Hello to all steemian out there who are food lovers. This is the first entry to the contest in the @steemfoods community. Hope that you allow me to participate in the contest. The contest was all about what would a SteemCoffee Shop Look like in your City? Let me share my entry.

In planning to have a coffee shop business we must find the best location in which we built our coffee shop business. I choose this location along the road where the vehicle can make a drive-thru in my coffee shop outlet.

The location is near the grand convention center and a small market in Barrio Luz Area. In front, my selected area has many flower shops and small establishments operated daily. The area is accessible by many employees of the BPO industry who operated near the place. It was near IT park where there are many companies operated 24/7.

The area has a dimension of 100 Square meters area. But I build a two-story building for my coffee shop. Since it was only 100 Square meters. There was a parking space near the place but we choose to have a drive-thru for none dine-in customers.

The rental of the area is all about 30 thousand per month or about $60. I divided the place for my coffee shop. The ground floor of my building is my main store where I put all my ingredients of my coffee and little space for my pastries and space for the cashier. I put a space for the waiting area for the customer who makes their orders.

On the second floor is my dine-in area where I put the chair and tables for the customer who will take coffee and make a relaxation while drinking coffee. I will put a screen monitor for them to learn more about steemit. For them to know that coffee shop are now accepting payments using the steemwallet for all steemians out there. About my menu, I offer many kinds of coffee mixing to our customers also we serve pastries and teas. We also serve hot and cold coffee for our customers.

The price of my menu is based on Steem. Since the coffee price here in our place was ranging from 150-300 PHP. So the value in SBD is 0.75 to 1 SBD based on the market value price.
