If you are not so tired, you can fight better. Why do your instructors train you like that?

You do exercises at the beginning. Then you start your martial arts training. After that, you move to do hard training to increase stamina. Finally, you fight to test your skills.

If you do sparring with your training partner at the beginning, you can fight better. After doing all this training, when you start sparring, you are so tired.

Just close your eyes and remember how you used to train. Now you see what could happen in real life and how you are going to handle that.

The attackers will not stop because you are tired. If they see you are tired, they will attack you more. Do you think you cannot defend yourself because you get hit? You cannot imagine that you will not get hit in a fight. After being injured, you can still make your move.

Things happen that you cannot imagine before. For example, right now we all are having a tough time due to Convid-19. You are lock down, you cannot go outside. If you have a business, you are bound to close that temporarily. You could not think the Corona virus would affect the whole world like this. This is like a move. But it's not a move. This is reality.
