Drawing. A Selfie of height
Greetings to my beloved community, welcome to my art blog. Who among you has ever dreamed or imagined being in space? To be able to contemplate the earth from the outside and marvel at the immensity and hostility of that environment, should create a sense of smallness when we realize how fragile and tiny we are, since I was a child I have always liked astronomical topics and I continually keep myself informed of the latest advances and developments in this area, so this publication is dedicated to one of those dreams I usually have, to take a space walk and take a selfie hehe, would be the best picture of my life. For this design the first thing I did was to study very well the structure and components of the suit, try to recreate it as close as possible, these are very advanced engineering pieces and have a lot of parts needed to keep a person alive in the cold vacuum. I made the design of the suit and I was drawing different shades of gray and white, and then I applied the lights and shadows, in the background I placed the earth with a bright blue making a nice contrast with the black of the space. Saludos a mi querida comunidad, sean bienvenidos a mi blog de arte. ¿Quiénes de ustedes han soñado o imaginado estar en el espacio? Poder contemplar la tierra desde su exterior y maravillarse con la inmensidad y hostilidad de ese ambiente, debe crear una sensación pequeñez al darnos cuenta lo frágiles y diminutos que somos, desde pequeña siempre me han gustado los temas astronómicos y continuamente me mantengo informada de los últimos avances y desarrollos en esta área, por eso esta publicación la dedique a uno de esos sueños que suelo tener, el de realizar una caminata espacial y tomarme una selfie jeje, sería la mejor foto de toda mi vida. Para este diseño lo primero que hice fue estudiar muy bien la estructura y componentes del traje, trate de recrearlo lo más cercano posible, estas son piezas de ingeniería muy avanzadas y poseen un sinfín de piezas necesarias para poder mantener con vida a una persona en el frio vacío. Realice el diseño del traje y fui dibujando diferentes tonalidades de grises y blancos, para luego aplicar las luces y sombras, en el fondo coloque a la tierra con un azul brillante haciendo un bonito contraste con el negro del espacio. ¿A quién más le gustaría tomarse una foto así? Materials / Materiales
The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
