Nap In A Field ( Ink Drawing)

Hello Everyone. I hope you're all having a great time.
To end my day, I made this wildlife drawing of a lion sitting in a field/ grassland. This scene is a quite popular wildlife scene because lions are always sitting or resting most times of the day . I also made this drawing with the intention of practicing how to draw fur details in animals.

For this drawing, I made use of a black ball point pen and pelican paper.
Here are the steps involved;

I began by drawing the outline of lion's face and body. I also added the facial features in this stage.

Next, I drew it's manes and add furs to its body.

Finally, I drew some grasses around to depict a field until i got a realistic look
