The world inventions: The history and the case of the freezer!

The freezer has made a revolution in many homes. Now you can store food, meat and other things much longer than before consumption due to having placed it cold!

You should win every scientific war in the markets, and be yourself, and confront the forces with going to war to win! Such is also true for all the firms in the private businesses that are forced to have profitability, market shares for products and brands, growth and welfare in the long run!

You should be aware of the person called for Clarence Birdseye. He was born on 9. December 1886 in New York, and he died in New York on 7 October 1956. He was an American inventor, and he is considered as the founder of the modern method for freezing of food. This made and makes the period before consumption the food even longer! You can store the food before going to the pleasure and the eating much longer than before! And this functioning is the same in every country having the freezer for sale in their national market!

In 1910 and in 1911, Birdseye caught several hundred small mammals, and he isolated several thousands insects to do research on them. We can make research on everything conceivable in the earth and in the universe, and your knowledges and talents determine what your personality is worth. Conventional freezing methods in this time, were also made by higher temperature, and therefore this freezing method went much slower, and this is giving ice crystals more time for growing and develop itself. More ice crystals in the food result in that the food gets a soft or dry texture by warming up and by preparation. In 1927, Birdseye began to extend the process with a quick freeze of different types of meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables. So, many things that you can eat were frozen in the freezer!

Today, we are thinking that Clarence Birdseye did the invention of the freezer around 1915. It started with the catching of fishes, and freezing them in ice in the places they were fishing at earth, and they later on met people in different markets. Nowadays, we consider Clarence Birdseye as one of the most important persons in the human mind history when it comes to food, and we can do all the possible research of food and beverages everywhere at any time. Clarence Birdseye transformed the way we are eating the food within people’s lives, and the way we are doing the preservation on. He changed everything with food and beverages through his courage, genius capacity and vision.

There were many trials and errors for Clarence in making methods to store food and beverages even longer in kitchens in firms, houses, flats, and cottages. You can find a freezer many places, and some companies are using cold places in holes in nature to store the food and beverages before consumption. The thing of freezing the food was not new and exact, but the most methods that were used in earlier times involved slow freezing of food in relatively high temperatures, many minus degrees. This that what was tinted was a lot os mess in the beginning, and there was little taste, little nutrition, and not so nice to see!

The freezer today in the markets should hold a temperature with 18 to 19 minus degrees. We can sell everything, and the freezer has done much more work easier and more practical, and the life has been easier to life, with more comfort and pleasure. Also the ice cream could be placed into a freezer to do it appropriately good for consumption!
