Cooking is my favorite hobby, I often cook when I have free time because cooking is a joyful. Today I have cooked 2 dishes with the main ingredient is oysters. This is my favorite food, I like seafood because it's nutritious.

It took me 2 hours to make these dishes. A grilled food is a great idea for free days. Very good and was quick and easy to make.

Why does grilled food taste better? I don't like boiled oysters because it's very bland.I don't like eating raw oysters because I don't like raw foods. My house has a hot oven and a mini oil-free oven. The oven is very big and bulky, we use it to bake cakes. I like to use mini oil-free oven because it's small, easy to use and convenient.

How to clean oysters:

I soaked the oysters in water for 5 hours, I added 3 peppers in there to remove the fishy. You can use lemon to remove the smell.
Then I scrub the oysters. Look it hahhahaaa the oyster shell is white. I have removed all the stains in it.

Food ingredients

• Scallions, dry onions
• oysters
• peanut
• butter
• milk without sugar
• Mayonnaise
• vegetable
• cheese
• pepper, salt, chili lemon, ..

.

shredded cheese. Pour cheese sauce over oysters and place in hot oven. You can add mayonnaise and milk without sugar. ^^

Reheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in butter, onion until fragrant,season with salt and pepper, to taste. about 5 minutes;
The peanut onion butter sauce is simply perfect!
fried dry onions. Crushed peanuts.
Spread about 1 tablespoon mixed butter on oysters.
Cook until Oysters is golden brown and cheese is melted. Eat immmediately^^ garnished with dried onions and vegetables , if desired.

I went to eat this dish at some restaurants. ! Oyster with butter sauce price $ 1. So I decided to make this dish at home, which is better than the restaurant.(more delicious, cheaper and cleaner.)
