I know alcohol is harsh/ toxic but sometimes pregnancy can make someone crave for unnecessary things. In order to get over the cravings, is it okay to take at least 5mil of it?

I have actually picked the formula for calculating EDD and it will be part of me forever.🤗
These information will be very useful to me in future and it will be a reference point too when I am a bit confused.
