Hello my dear friends, how are you doing, I hope you are all doing great, I'm so glad to be participating in this contest, all thanks to @nadiaturrina in the steemit health community. in this contest, we will be learning a lot about herbal medicines that cann improve the quality of life.

God created the earth and blessed us with so many 🍀plants and trees 🍃 that are of great importance in our system but many of us seem not to appreciate or make use of these wonderful trees that are of great importance to us, probably because of the invention of tablets which are not as good as the herbal medicine, today I will be discussing a herbal medicine called moringa.

Moringa is herbal therapy, it is made from a tree called moringa, and it could be about 9 -10 inches tall it's leaves, stem, and seed, are medicinal, and the herbal is very easy to prepare you can boil the leaf for like 2 - 5 minutes after which you can filter the water, then you can eat the boiled leaves and drink the water, which Is also medicine, moringa was introduced to my family by my mum's friend ever since then we have been making use of moringa, we have the tree of moringa in our garden right now as I speak with you

These little leaves of the tree have 7 ties the vitamin of C of an orange,4 times the vitamin of milk, and 3 times the potassium of milk, they are also rich in iron zinc, and B vitamins moringa contains more than 90 nutrients

  • HEART HEALTH
Nutrients in moringa aid in the removal of toxins and excess water, protect the kidneys, and help naturally lower blood pressure. Fiber, antioxidants, and phytonutrients in moringa help lower cholesterol levels and protect the heart.

  • DIGESTIVE HEALTH
Moringa has been used for thousands of years to treat digestive disorders. It can be made into juice to help with diarrhea, fiber helps clean out the intestines, and tea helps soothe upset stomachs. Combine it with ginger for an even more digestive-soothing effect.

  • PROTECTS THE LIVER
High concentrations of polyphenols in moringa leaves and flowers have a big benefit for your body- they protect the liver against toxicity and damage.
