This is a very interesting topic chosen by @steemdoctor1 for contest and in our daily life we have a lot of drugs so its okay to use drugs in very urgency but to get an addiction of them is not good for the health.Further I will explain very deeply all the things.

What I understand about this phrase?"Say no to drugs"
Say no to drugs is a phrase and it means to quit the drugs or to stop the unnecessary use of drugs.There are some drugs which people use for no purpose and just for the purpose of relaxing theirself and there are some drugs which are specifically for the treatment of some illness.
Here I want to share with you guys some categories of drugs.
| Nicotine | Nicotine is basically a drug which is used as an addiction by the people and it is not at all health friendly in high dosage. |

| Sleeping pills | As the name is indicating so people use these pills on the regular basis if they don't have a good sleep and its addiction occurs then which is not good at all. |
| Antibiotics | antibiotics are to kill the bacterias and most commonly and frequently used medicine which is not health friendly if taken in high doses just like nicotine. |

Importance of this phrase
Importance of this phrase is to highlight that how much it is important to say goodbye to all drugs which are not health friendly and which people use just for addiction and to highlight the awareness regarding medicines that which medicine is health friendly and which is not and health friendly I am saying in the sense that can be used for the treatment of some disease or illness.
What are main cause of drug addiction?
There are different causes of the drug addiction depending upon the drug so if I highlight an example then I will tell you the example of nicotine which is the first drug about which I have talked already.
Reasons for drug addiction (nicotine)
- Addiction of nicotine occurs when someone wants to relax and when a person feels relaxment effect after having nicotine then he try to use nicotine in the form of inhaler or in the form of smoking so it becomes addiction.

- Some people also just use nicotin as a fashion as in smoking especially in youth of this age this fashion is very common that just by seeing other people people are adopting the habit of having drugs like nicotine on regular basis and making their addiction.
Severe case of drug addiction
From the nicotine drug I can extract the severe consequences of the drug addiction.For example if you have nicotine on daily basis and make it your addiction then gradually lungs cancer may develop in a person and diseases related to respiratory system like emphysema will also develop so it is a severity and severe case of drug addiction.
Best ways to prevent from drug addiction
There are the some ways and by following these methods we can prevent ourselves and society from drug addiction and some of the steps I am going to share below.
- If there will be proper rules in every country to arrest the people who are the adictors of different drugs for no reason then everyone will be make his self aware and avoid to spread drug addiction.
- If there will be a ban on the things which are including in those drugs that are just injurious to the health then no one could be an addictor of a dangerous drug.

- If there is a drug which cannot be banned so government should increase the prices of that drug which is also injurious to health and a person may get addicts to it and when the prices of the drug will be high then no one can easily buy it so it is a third prevention to stop drug addiction.

Hay muchos tipos de drogas una de ellas es el tabaquismo aunque las personas no lo vean de esa manera y hasta los que suelen usar pastillas para poder dormir métodos que nos son fáciles de dejar y que se convierten en su día a día.
Eso debería hacerse por medio de campañas el porque Di No a las drogas lo que perjudica sus salud, trabajo y hasta su vida social y familiar por ser parte de ese visio que no trae nada bueno para las salud de las personas.
