Yutuk Delicious Sea Animals
The Yutuk is a shelled sea turtle that lives on the coast and is seen to have similarities with crabs. Yes indeed these animals are still related to shrimp, crabs, lobsters and tritik.
Yutuk can be cooked as a side dish or snack. Can be fried directly or fried in the form of peanut brittle. Although not yet familiar as a food ingredient, this one animal has a high nutritional content, so you don't have to worry about consuming it.
To search can use simple tools from bamboo or bare hands. What needs to be considered in the yutuk method is the foresight of the eyes in seeing every movement in the sand. After the waves hit, we catch it with our bare hands and just observe the shoreline.
