Diagnosed a Laptop

Hello dear community members, I hope you're all doing well. Yesterday, our neighbors handed me their laptop, which wasn’t working properly, and asked me to diagnose the issue and fix it. I decided to open up the laptop and start with the RAM, as it’s often the cause of such problems.

Upon inspection, I found the RAM wasn’t functioning. I cleaned it carefully and reinserted it, but unfortunately, neither of the board's slots seemed to work. Despite my efforts, the issue persisted, indicating a deeper hardware problem with the motherboard.

I explained the situation to my neighbors and recommended they consult a professional repair shop for further assistance. It was an interesting experience trying to troubleshoot the issue. Here are some pictures.
