“You can only become smarter by playing a smarter opponent.” And the smarter opponent ...

in APPICS3 years ago

... is your own ego ♦️🐍

Random examples:
A men with ego who has money and a car will always try to show in his social media how much money and how many cars he has...
A women with ego who has a nice body and is popular will always try to show how great her body is and how many men are after her..

That’s why people who control their ego are always 3 steps ahead of persons who not,
because they are unpredictable, you never know what really is happening in their life nor what they will do next 🌀

Besides they can act and play like they are losing and you winning,
just to make you overconfident and see how you would react. 🎭
A person with ego could NEVER do this because he would feel ashamed.

and because his ego has more control over his life than his true self 🕉

Ego controlled people tend to eventually destroy themselves because their greed, arrogance and blindness pushed them to waste their time,
competing, showing of, and pursuing things they can’t have. ( ego driven )

Rather than have used that time to make things who truly nurture their true self. ( soul driven )
Like for example to have surrounded themselves with people who truly give them peace, happiness and love ♥️🌀☮️

But unfortunately we often are the ones who ruin by ourselves or happiness..

“You will always find a good opponent in the very last place you’d ever look.”
(within ourselves).
—Julius Caesar, 75BC

And remember you only can get smarter by playing a smarter opponent,
and the smarter opponent is your own Ego. 👁‍🗨
