Social Studies Lesson 8: Living together as One Family

It is @wizzyboy3 once again to participate in the social studies lesson for this week. I have a family and since it is about living together in the family it picked my interest. Family is a group of people related by blood.

Let me go ahead to do the homework.

List and explain 5 advantages of living together as one family.

• Double happiness: Living together in a joint family brings joy and satisfaction. When we come back from a stressful day at work, sharing little achievements with our family can make them happy.

• Learn to respect: Growing up with a family living together teaches respect to the children as the have older ones in the house, obeying their commands is one way of respecting them.

• The act of sharing: Living together helps a person develop the act of sharing, knowing that once you have something, you will have to share it with your family around you, so it helps that way.

• Love and care: When living together in a family promotes a great amount of love and care. This cannot even be uttered, even if you are feeling sad in a joint family, always know that there will be someone to back you up in your emotions, i actually like this method a lot.

• The feeling of togetherness: When a family lives together the have more unity in the family.
  The family will never be alone or have a lack of unity, the child has partners and will feel more comfortable.

Explain the disadvantages of not living together as one family.

• There will be a lack of unity as none of the family members will do anything together because they don't know anything about each other.

• Disciplining the children will be a real challenge because one parent might love a child and as a result will not want to deprive him or her of any wants which makes it very hard.

• The kids will develop a bad behavior as a result of the lack of unity.

• There will be relationship problems in the family because both parents will not have a unified attitude.

Mention at least 2 socially accepted conducts learned from your family.
