We welcome everyone to the week #50 of our cooking challenge. We are very happy because the kids are learning a lot from this initiative and the parents and caregivers are really showing us that they are great chefs. The goal of this challenge is to help young children learn to defend themselves and create wonderful meals with the help of their representatives. We also want to learn from those what already know how to cook and who will like to teach us. Additionally, we want to see those pictures of the foods you ate within the day or week by posting your food diary

We have made it to be for both kids and parents to participate. This means that adults can participate and teach the kids how to cook by their participation. Children are allowed to participate with their accounts too and caregivers can participate with their kids around them.

For this challenge, you can include the processes of the preparation, the health benefits and when the food is often eaten, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner or all

Our community strives to provide all the support and we are proud to see them work with love. We thank the representatives who have been supporting their children so that they can participate. Congratulations to everybody.

What to do?

You can prepare anything, snacks, drinks, cakes or even your local meals. The Important thing is that you show how to make it and make it educative for everyone.

You can even present the food that you purchased from an eatery by promoting the fast food, take a selfie and upload. Upload the picture of the eatery both in and out and tell what food you ate, how delicious it is, how you like to eat there and the attitude of the representatives of that eatery.

You can share your food diary game with us by sharing the different meals you are within the day.

You can cook whatever you want but remember that it is a challenge and you have to make it as beautiful as possible.
