My second best fruit is Mango. Mango is the fleshy edible fruit from Mangifera Indica plant. It is pulpy, luscious and succulent. It is grown all over the world.
Why do you love this fruit so much? State at least three reasons.
I love mango fruit because it's very sweet, very cheap and It is highly nutritious. It contains the following health benefits.
It contains vitamin C which helps in healing wounds.
It contains anti-cancer.
It contains anti-oxidant.
It helps the body in fighting germs and infections.
It contains anti-aging that helps to preserve youthfulness.
It helps in Fertility.
It helps to maintain the skin.
It helps in hair and nail growth.
It helps in digestion.
It boasts the immune system thereby boasting it's immune response.
It is also good for the sight.
How easy is it to source this fruit in your locality of your city
Mango fruit can be easily grown in the farm and the garden, It can also be easily gotten from the market.
Is it seasonal? And can it be dried and preserved?
Mango is a seasonal fruit usually seen during the rainy season which is from the month of March to May. It can be preserved but not for a long time.
