Dependence is a complex issue that affects many aspects of the individual, family, community and society.

The joy you derive from caring for them. Tell us your own story.

Based on what I have learned about the joy of caring for people, I can share the following story:

Once there was an old woman who lived alone. He fell ill and was bedridden for some time. He had no family or friends who could take care of him, so he was forced to take care of himself. It was very difficult for him, but he did not give up. One day, a man I knew came to the old woman's door. He was lost and asked the old woman for help. Take the old man in and give him food and shelter. The man was very grateful to the old woman and he offered to help take care of her. The old woman was very happy. The man cleaned the old woman's house, cooked and took care of her. The old woman was no longer alone and she enjoyed the man's company. The man started living with the old woman. They become each other's companions and depend on each other. The old woman helped the man find meaning in his life and the man gave her love and support to the old woman. One day, the old woman died. The man was very sad, but he was grateful for the time he spent with the old woman. He knew he had made a real difference in the old woman's life and he would never forget her.
