Conflict:this can be seen as disagreement between individuals, people or organization or group of people.
It can also be seen as a clash between ideas,principles etc.

Conflict must be as long as man remain in the state of incomparability in attitude or behavior.

In would today many countries has been facing different types of conflict from their fellow countries or between their selfs which have destroyed their citizens and properties in particular country.some families today in world is no longer United together because of one issue or the other which is know as conflict .

There so many views in conflict which is as follows:

• Traditional view:this belief that conflict is bad,harmful as well as should be avoided
• Human relations view:this deals with mindset of acceptance of conflict.
• Intaractionist view:this encourage conflict and is said that it brings innovation and creativity.
