Once there was a family of four who lived in a faraway town. Teem, the father, was assigned to work in the city as a manager. He seldom goes home nor calls his family due to workloads. Cura, the mother, is a businesswoman who sells her products online. She sells food, dry goods and jewelry online.

The couple had 2 children named, Ming and Zen who are still in grade school. Ming is a naughty little boy who loves to tease his mother and sister. He's dependent on his mother in everything he needs while Zen, on the other hand, is learning to do things herself as she does not want to wait for anyone to do things for her. The two are a total opposite.

It was Teem and Cura's promise to each other before having kids that no matter what it takes, they will really make sure to spend time with their kids. Cura grew in an orphanage while Teem's parents were separated. The couple vowed to cherish every moment with their family and love their kids more than anything in the world but things were going the other way around.

The couple finds it really hard to spend time with their kids due to their work and business. Teem seldom calls home to check on the kids and Cura. Cura prepares food for the kids ahead of time and just leaves them on the table with instructions for the kids. The remaining time of the day is spent on her business. She even does not have time to check on her kids' lessons nor help or assist them in doing it.

One day, Cura woke up still not getting any phone call from Teem. She also has realized that she has lost track of her business plus both the kids decided to keep bugging her that day for everything they need.

"Mommy! Mommy!" Ming screaming.

Cura rushed to her son's location to see what was going on.

"Mommy, I hurt my foot. Help me wear my shorts, I can't do it myself."

When Cura came near Ming, Ming run away teasing his mother showing her that his foot did not actually hurt.

Cura didn't say a thing. She just stood in the corner and stared at Ming then went back to her desk to check on the orders.

Just minutes have passed, "Mommy....!" Zen calling.

Cura stood up and checked on Zen.

"Yes, what do you need, Zen?"

"I can't turn on the burner. I want to cook bacon. I've had enough eggs and toasts this week."

Cura turned the burner on for Zen.

"Mommy, can you cook that bacon for me? I have to rush upstairs. I remember I am doing something important." Zen said while rushing to her room.

"But Zen..." Cura did not finish what she was about to say.

After cooking the bacon, she called Zen and went back to her desk. She was about to sit down again to get back to business when Ming called her one more time to ask for help on his lesson.

"Mommy, teach me how to do this. This does not make any sense for me."

She's not done explaining things to Ming when Zen called her again for something else and the cycle continues.

With everything going on, her children kept bugging her, her husband not calling to check on them, and her not being able to keep track of everything in her business, Cura screamed and cried.

"Please, give me a break." Cura weeping.

Ming and Zen looked at each other and came near Cura. The kids apologized and opened up about why they have decided to do it. They explained that they felt like they were taken for granted. That Cura and Teem are spending more time with their work than with them. For them, it is their way of getting Cura's attention without realizing that she has a lot of things in mind.

Cura called Teem and explained what had happened. Teem then decided to rush home to talk to the kids. Teem was crying while confronting his children. It made him look back on his past when his parents got separated. He felt like he is doing the same thing to his kids as his father did to him.

The parents apologized to their kids for not being able to spend time with them. For not realizing that their kids still need their attention. That parenting is not just about providing for them or feeding them when they are hungry. They remembered their first promise right before they have kids. They then decided to change their routine for their kids. Teem started going home every weekend for his family. Cura also is now learning to manage her time wisely making sure to spare enough time for the kids. They learned to value their family more than anything else.

The weekend then becomes a special day for the family. They started to either go out of town, camping or fishing on a nearby lake and the kids are loving it.
