Desafío de promoción de Steemit # 01: ¿Cómo se introduce Steemit? [English/Español]

¡Buenas tardes! El día de hoy vengo a participar en este interesante concurso en donde mostrare mis técnicas de promoción y como presente a Steemit a mi familias y amigos. Espero que les guste :D

Today there are many ways to promote. I've never been very good at it. However, when it comes to promotion I prefer to use the word of mouth technique, which consists of introducing the topic (in this case Steemit) to a conversation in a natural way and talking about the advantages of joining this platform. At the same time, I like to present evidence to verify that this is not a hoax.

The way I got into Steemit was thanks to a video on Youtube. One thing that surprised me is the fact that not many people knew about it (big mistake) I found many people attached to this platform. Behind them are the representatives of Venezuela, a large group of people who keep the organization within the users of this country.

My friends are people who love technology, social networks and like all people in the country, they are looking for a way to generate money. When you enter Steemit, wait a while to analyze the platform and be clear about how it works. Then I will come to the conclusion of whether this platform can work for my friends or not. As I mentioned, I need evidence, I can't promote something without knowing its veracity.

Then comes the interesting part, to promote someone I must be smart and know what group I attract and how to bring them. Many people think that just saying, "You'll make a lot of money with this" will work, but it won't. I think that Steemit is a platform that works very well, but it may not be for everyone, since making a quality publication requires some time and effort.

I recommended Steemit to people who I knew would give their contribution to the community, because as I mentioned, Steemit is a good platform but it needs dedication. When people ask me about Steemit, I usually give them a clear answer and dedicate it exactly as it is or as some call it: "Putting the cards on the table". You have to be clear because some people get their hopes up and when they see that their dreams are not fulfilled in the way they expected, they give up. Some are not interested in writing or taking the time to make a publication. Those people don't stay at Steemit for long.

I casually introduce Steemit into a conversation, tell them how it works and also the small sacrifices. This way, these people won't be sad later on because they don't have what they expect. I never tell them, "You're going to make a lot" - I'd be fooling them by now and they'd create a fantasy world in their heads. I tell them, "You will have your little reward if you write something excellent and of public interest. You will get us nothing by writing nonsense". I started this out of curiosity, I tried several things and little by little I started to grow (I still have a lot to learn but with effort and dedication you can achieve anything).

When I helped my sister and my friend join. I helped them and gave them a little course where I showed them the basics. But I always told them, "Don't get your hopes up", I was like the mother hen to them, I taught them the basics but now it's their turn. I can't guide them forever, each one must grow up alone, of course they can trust me if they need something.

I have introduced two people, first my sister @psicgenesisprato and then my friend @rennyelias. I plan to continue to include more people as soon as I know the opportunity arises and as I said, I only include people who I think can follow. I don't want the people I help to leave later. I also told them to take their time studying, reviewing other people's publications, knowing what they are writing about, among other things, but it's important that each person make their own way.

In Steemit there are no strategies, there is no line you have to follow to succeed so, before you start, I recommend you to study and keep in mind what you want to do whether you are doing The Diary Game or something else. Success at Steemit does not have a surefire path that everyone can follow, but rather, everyone creates their own path. Therefore, I give them the tools but they must venture.

I started Steemit as a newbie and without a guide. I didn't know exactly what to do and I was wrong many times. But dedication is the important thing to achieve success. Now I help other people, try to help them as much as I can and be honest with them at all times. Steemit is also like a school, there is a lot to learn, so it is good to look for information and learn from others.

When I open your account at Steemit, I explain the basics and recommend you to study, read publications, review the communities (at least 4 days of study) so that when you publish you know what to do and how to do it. I tell them to define what they want to do, what they like. They can't arrive if they know what to do, therefore, having a clear concept of what you want to do is a good way to start but also as I said, they should study, try new things, take some risks and discard what you don't like.

Since it cost me a little to start at Steemit, I try to help my friends and my sister. I suggest some things, I answer any questions. I help both of them in completing the achievements in the Newcomers' Community, I tell them that they can read the publications of others but not to copy them (just because someone does well doesn't mean that if you do exactly the same thing you will do well).

I tell them not to copy from any website, I tell them what some communities are about (at least where I am a member). I also tell them to focus on what they are doing and take the time they need, it is not mandatory to do a daily post but to do it well and obviously be proud and comfortable in what they are doing.

Hoy en día hay muchas formas para promocionar. Nunca he sido muy buena en eso. Sin embargo, a la hora de promocionar prefiero utilizar la técnica boca a boca, la cual consiste introducir el tema (en este caso Steemit) a una conversación de forma natural y hablar de las ventajas de unirse a esta plataforma. A su vez, me gusta presentar pruebas para verificar que esto no se trata de un engaño.

La forma de como ingrese a Steemit fue gracias a un vídeo en Youtube. Una cosa que me sorprendió es el hecho de que no muchas personas lo conocían (grave error) encontré muchas personas unidas a esta plataforma. Tras ellos se presentan los representantes de Venezuela, un grupo grande de personas que mantienen la organización dentro de los usuarios de este país.

Mis amigos son personas amantes de la tecnología, redes sociales y al igual que todas las personas del país, buscan una forma de generar dinero. Cuando entre a Steemit espere un tiempo para analizar la plataforma y tener bien en claro su funcionamiento. Para luego llegar a la conclusión de que si esta plataforma puede funcionarle a mis amigos o no. Como mencione, necesito evidencias, no puedo promocionar algo sin saber su veracidad.

Luego viene la parte interesante, para promocionarles a alguien debo ser inteligente y saber a que grupo atraigo y como traerlos. Muchos creen que solo decir: "Ganaras mucho dinero con esto" funcionara, pues no. Considero que Steemit es una plataforma que funciona muy bien pero que quizás no sea para todo el mundo ya que hacer una publicación de calidad requiere algo de tiempo y esfuerzo.

Les recomendé a Steemit a personas que sabía que darían su aporte a la comunidad, ya que como mencione, Steemit es una buena plataforma pero necesita dedicación. Cuando me preguntan sobre Steemit, suelo darles una respuesta clara y dedirle exactamente como es o como algunos le llaman: "Poner las cartas sobre la mesa". Hay que ser clara ya que algunos se ilusionan y cuando ven que sus sueños no se cumplen de la forma como ellos esperaban, se rinden. Algunos no están interesados en escribir o tomarse un tiempo para hacer una publicación. Esas personas no permanecen en Steemit por mucho tiempo.

Introduzco a Steemit de forma casual en una conversación, les digo como funciona y también los pequeños sacrificios. Así, estas personas luego no estarán tristes por no tener lo que esperan. Nunca les digo: "Van a ganar muchísimo" allí ya estaría engañándolos y se crearían un mundo de fantasía en sus cabezas. Les digo: "Tendrás tu pequeña recompensa si escribes algo excelente y de interés publico. Nos vas a conseguir nada escribiendo tonterías". Yo inicie esto por curiosidad, probé varias cosas y poco a poco comencé a crecer (aún me falta mucho que aprender pero con esfuerzo y dedicación se logra cualquier cosa).

Cuando ayude a mi hermana y mi a mi amigo a unirse. Les ayude y les di un pequeño curso en donde le mostré lo básico. Pero siempre les dije: "No te ilusiones", fui como la mamá gallina para ellos, les enseñe lo básico pero ahora es su turno. No puedo guiarlos por siempre, cada uno debe crecer solo, claro que pueden confiar en mi si necesitan de algo.

He introducido a dos personas, primero a mi hermana @psicgenesisprato y luego a mi amigo @rennyelias. Planeo seguir incluyendo a más personas apenas se de la oportunidad y como dije, solo incluyo a personas que crea que pueden seguir. No quiero que a las personas que ayude luego se vayan. También le dije que se tomen su tiempo en estudiar, revisar las publicaciones de otras personas, saber de que escriben, entre otras cosas, pero es importante que cada uno trace su propio camino.

En Steemit no hay estrategias, no hay una línea la cual debes seguir para triunfar por lo tanto, antes de iniciar, les recomiendo que estudien y vayan teniendo en mente lo que quieren hacer ya sea que se dedicaran a hacer el The Diary Game o alguna otra cosa. El éxito en Steemit no tiene un camino seguro el cual todos podemos seguir, sino que, cada uno se crea su camino. Por lo tanto, yo les doy las herramientas pero ellos deben aventurarse.

Yo inicie en Steemit siendo una novata y sin una guía. No sabia exactamente que hacer y me equivoque muchas veces. Pero la dedicación es lo importante para lograr el éxito. Ahora ayudo a otras personas, trato de ayudarles en lo que puedo y les soy honesta en todo momento. Steemit también es como una escuela, hay mucho que aprender, por lo tanto, es bueno buscar información y aprender de los demás.

Cuando les abro su cuenta en Steemit, les explico lo básico y les recomiendo estudiar, leer publicaciones, revisar las comunidades (al menos 4 días de estudio) para que a la hora de publicar sepan que hacer y como hacerlo. Les digo que definan que quieren hacer, lo que les gusta. No pueden llegar si saber que hacer, por lo tanto, tener un concepto claro de que quieres hacer es una buena forma de comenzar peo también como dije, deben estudiar, ir probando nuevas cosas, arriesgarse un poco e ir descartando lo que no te gusta.

Como a mi me costo un poco iniciar en Steemit, yo trato de ayudar a mis amigo y a mi hermana. Les sugiero algunas cosas, les respondo cualquiera pregunta. A ambos los ayudo en completar los logros en la comunidad de Newcomers' Community, les digo que puede leer las publicaciones de los demás pero que no se copien (que a alguien le vaya bien no significa que si haces exactamente lo mismo te irá bien).

Les digo que no deben copiarse de ningún sitio web, les digo de que tratan algunas comunidades (al menos en las que yo soy miembro). También les digo que se concentren en lo que hacen y se tomen el tiempo que necesitan, no es obligatorio hacer un post diario pero que lo hagan bien y obviamente, estén orgullosos y cómodos en lo que están haciendo.
