Meatballs can be made both fried and stewed with a well-prepared sauce, there are many methods and they can be served with rice and pasta, everything is preferred by the person.

This recipe is about fried, once the balls are prepared, they are passed through the yolk of the egg and then passed through breadcrumbs or wheat flour, this is very important.

Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy les estare hablando de esta receta de albondigas de carne la cual me quedo muy deliciosa, lo primero que debemos hacer es seleccionar una buena carne molida y agregarle los ingredientes como el ajo, cebolla, sal, pimienta, entre otros una recomendacion es licuarlos y despues agregarlo a la carne para que esta los absorva mucho mejor.

Las albondigas se pueden hacer tanto fritas como guisadas con una salsa bien preparada, hay muchos metodos y se pueden acompañar con arroz y pasta todo es preferncia de la persona.

Esta receta es sobre fritas, una ves preparadas la bolitas, se pasan por la yema del huevo y despues se pasa por pan rayado o harina de trigo esto es muy importante.

Mientras se esta fritando debemos tener cuidado con la temperatura ya que se nos pueden quemar facilmente, es por ello que debemos estar moviendolas con una cuchara larga y que tenga orificios para que el aceite no quede atrapado.

Yo las prefiero fritas ya que estan mas rapido y son mas crocantes, siempre las acompaño con pastas, arroz, casabe o yuca junto a una ensalada, y salsa rosada o guasacaca, y para dar el toque final un refresco o jugo.
