Esta es mi entrada al concurso Comparta su opinión y gane un upvote por valor de 50 dólares más 100 steem líquido
Se que en esta entrada inicialmente debo responder a las 3 preguntas indicadas, sin embargo, debo decir que tenía tiempo sin escribir en esta plataforma.
Estuve dos años creando contenido original y participando en muchos concursos en donde conocí a muchas excelentes personas de diferentes nacionalidades. Lamentablemente, debido a los constantes forks y al cambio de gerencia, me sentí de una manera aislado o dejado de lado y que mi opinión ya no era escuchada como antes, por lo que decidí abandonar por un tiempo la plataforma.
No fue hasta no hace más de dos meses que una amiga me comentó que Steemit volvía a ser la gran familia que una vez había sido. Así que nuevamente le he dado una oportunidad a esta gran plataforma que me enseñó el poder de una nueva tecnología que cambiaría mi forma de ver el mundo y que estoy seguro que muy pronto su influencia se sentirá a nivel global, hablo de la tecnología del blockchain.
Pero basta ya de historia, vayamos al grano
1. Como miembro de la comunidad Steem, ¿qué mejoras te gustaría ver en la plataforma social Steemit.com?
Hay muchas actividades y contenidos que uno pasa desapercibidos debido al carácter descentralizado de la plataforma, por decirlo de alguna manera. Inicialmente, para registrarse en Steemit debimos confirmar un correo electrónico. Me encantaría recibir periódicamente un correo de Steemit con las nuevas tendencias y contenidos resaltantes de las comunidades más visitadas. Los concursos activos, los resultados, comentarios, etc.
De alguna manera centralizar el contenido de tendencia, es decir, una forma de ver los contenidos más llamativos o tener alguna forma de seleccionar las comunidades a las que más visito para conocer lo más reciente de ellas.
2. ¿Qué otras características, herramientas, mejoras y funcionalidades crees que beneficiarán la experiencia del usuario y mejorarán la usabilidad de la plataforma social Steemit.com?
Nunca he utilizado la versión móvil de la plataforma, se que hay muchas Dapps que facilitan la publicación vía smartphone. En realidad no soy amante de usar teléfonos inteligentes. Soy mas de computadoras de escritorio. Sin embargo, estoy seguro que hay un alto porcentaje de usuarios que prefieren usar sus aparatos móviles para navegar la plataforma. Por lo que diría que es imperativo enfocarse en el área de dispositivos móviles.
Como dije anteriormente, sería genial tener la posibilidad de recibir por correo no solo actualizaciones sobre los contenidos que se publican en Steemit sino también conocer quienes nos escriben comentarios, mensajes, recompensas y promociones de concursos.
Es importante tener en la billetera una opción que permita intercambiar directamente dentro de la misma billetera TRX por STEEM y viceversa. Por otro lado sería interesante poder hacer staking de TRX.
3. Si eres el propietario o gestor de una comunidad Steem, cuéntanos más sobre lo que crees que mejorará la actualización de "Comunidades" y su sistema de gestión.
Soy miembro de muchas comunidades como también asumo que son la mayoría de los que usamos Steemit, por no decir que todos, pero no soy propietario ni tampoco administro una comunidad.
Sugerencias e ideas
En mi experiencia durante dos años continuos, utilizando la plataforma, he visto casos horrorosos donde usuarios de alta reputación y poder aplastan a pequeños usuarios que no tienen cómo defenderse, lo que me parece injusto. Debería existir alguna forma o lugar donde se puedan manejar este tipo de casos.
Una vez vi desaparecer un post por dar su opinión acerca de la plataforma (hace casi 3 años), quizas lastimo los sentimientos de la gerencia. Y quizás tienen todo su derecho de deshacerse de los que no apoyen a la plataforma. Pero me dio a entender que no jamás podría expresar mi opinión abiertamente, lo que hizo perder mi confianza en la misma.
Se que esta plataforma es un negocio no una plataforma de beneficencias y caridad, y como tal su objetivo es generar ganancias a los inversionistas y dueños. Sin embargo, sin sus miembros, los cuales son los que generan los contenidos, no existiría.
He visto respuestas duras hacia el público que no solo crea desánimo sino que también crea mala propaganda y ahuyenta futuros clientes (debí haber dicho futuros miembros).
Y hoy en día he visto que también sucede dentro de las comunidades.
Sin embargo, el solo hecho de alentarnos a dar ideas, mejoras y sugerencias, me hace ver que la plataforma se encamina hacia una mejora más humana y receptiva.

I know that in this post I should initially answer the 3 questions indicated, but I must say that I had some time ago without writing on this platform.
I spent two years creating original content and participating in many contests where I met many good people of different nationalities. Unfortunately, due to the constant forks and the change of management, I felt in a way isolated or left aside and that my opinion was no longer heard as before, so I decided to leave the platform for a while.
It wasn't until more than two months ago that a friend told me that Steemit was back to being the big family it had once been. So again I have given a chance to this great platform that taught me the power of a new technology that would change my way of seeing the world and that I am sure that very soon its influence will be felt globally, I'm talking about blockchain technology.
But enough of the history, let's get to the point.
1. As a member of the Steem community, what improvements would you like to see in the Steemit.com social platform?
There are many activities and content that one overlooks due to the decentralized nature of the platform, so to speak. Initially, to sign up for Steemit we had to confirm an email. I would love to periodically receive an email from Steemit with new trends and highlights from the most visited communities. Active contests, results, comments, etc.
Somehow centralize the trending content, that is, a way to see the most striking content or have some way to select the communities I visit the most to know the latest from them.
What other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you think will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?
I have never used the mobile version of the platform, I know there are many Dapps that facilitate publishing via smartphone. I'm not really a smartphone lover. I'm more of a desktop computer guy. However, I'm sure there is a high percentage of users who prefer to use their mobile devices to navigate the platform. So I would say that it is imperative to focus on the area of mobile devices.
As I said earlier, it would be great to have the ability to receive by mail not only updates on content posted on Steemit but also to know who is writing us comments, messages, rewards, and contest promotions.
It is important to have in the wallet an option that allows exchanging directly within the same wallet TRX into STEEM and vice versa. On the other hand, it would be interesting to be able to stake TRX.
3. If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you think the update of "Communities" and its management system will improve.
I am a member of many communities as I also assume most if not all of us who use Steemit is, but I do not own or manage a community.
Suggestions and ideas
In my experience for two continuous years, using the platform, I have seen horrendous cases where high reputation and power users crush small users who have no way to defend themselves, which I think is unfair. There should be some way or place where this kind of case can be handled.
I once saw a post disappear for giving their opinion about the platform (almost 3 years ago), maybe it did hurt the management's feelings. And maybe they have every right to get rid of those who don't support the platform. But it gave me the impression that I would never be able to express my opinion openly, which made me lose my confidence in it.
I know that this platform is a business not a charitable or charity platform, and as such its goal is to generate profits for the investors and owners. However, without its members, who are the ones who generate the content, it would not exist.
I have seen harsh responses to the public that not only create discouragement but also creates bad publicity and scares away future customers (I ought to say future members).
And today I've seen it happen within communities as well.
However, just encouraging us to give ideas, improvements, and suggestions, makes me see that the platform is heading towards a more human and responsive improvement.
